A young aspiring actor and his three lifelong friends want to succeed and escape the impoverished neighborhood where they grew up together. In their everyday reality, opportunities are scarce and many young people choose the “get rich quick” option by getting involved in drug trafficking. However, escaping that life is not so easy.
Chameleon is a social comedy about a group of dreamers and their unconditional friendship, even when circumstances are tough. When they accidentally have a run-in with a local gangster and end up owing him 10,000 euros, things heat up.
Will they be able to stay on the right path, or will the gangster life end up being unavoidable? And, in all this, what will happen to their dreams? A surprising series that reinvents the classic formulas of social cinema.
