The rivalry between a head chef and a new employee is at the center of this culinary drama with romantic comedy touches, which has already been considered the Danish The Bear.
Michael is the head chef of a popular restaurant in Copenhagen. He built it from scratch and made it a success. However, when his superior hires a new sous-chef, Naja, everything will change for him.
Naja brings a new and more modern perspective, and this poses a challenge for Michael, as he wants nothing to do with gender equality, appropriate workplace behavior, or anti-racist language. This situation quickly creates a conflict between them. The problem is that Michael must make the collaboration work, as a case involving a former sous-chef hangs over his head.
Gradually, Naja gains more influence in the restaurant, and when Michael realizes that she wants to become the head chef, a war breaks out between them.
