A police officer is tasked with returning the suitcases and other belongings of the victims of the 2016 Brussels airport terrorist attacks perpetrated by Islamic State. Her growing obsession with each case will slowly lead her to slowly stop taking care of herself.
Ten days after the attacks, Samira Laroussa, a French-speaking agent of North African descent, is tasked with handling and returning all the luggage and personal belongings left in the departure lounge that day. However, each new encounter with a survivor or relative of one of the deceased serves to unbalance the seemingly strong Samira, who is far from ready to face the pain of her own traumatic past.
However, she perseveres in helping people to cope with their loss and creates a sense of solidarity by encouraging them to share their grief and look to the future.
